On the Blow-up Set of the Yang-Mills Flow on Kaehler Surfaces

The Yang-Mills flow on a Kaehler surface with holomorphic initial data converges smoothly away from a singular set determined by the Harder-Narasimhan-Seshadri filtration of the initial holomorphic bundle.
