This course is similar to MATH 113, and is strongly
recommended
for students in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Life Sciences,
and those needing PHYS 141.

PREREQUISITES |
Satisfactory score on Math Department placement exam or
completion
of the appropriate module of MATH 003. |
TOPICS |
The topics of MATH 112 differ from MATH 113 in the following
respect
only: MATH 112 covers a substantial amount of trigonometry in place of
material on matrices, linear programming, sequences and series. For use
as a prerequisite course for entry to MATH 220, MATH 112 is equivalent
to MATH 113. |
