Homepage of Adam Martinson
I am a fourth year math undergraduate at the University of Maryland.
I am interested in low-dimensional topology and combinatorics. You can contact me at amarti67 at umd dot edu.
In the fall I will be a graduate student at the University of Virginia.
Research
In Summer 2024 I participated in an REU at the University of Puerto Rico, Ponce working on projects in combinatorics and coding theory.
I studied inversion parking functions with Pamela E. Harris, Jennifer Elder, and Lucy Martinez, and higher affine Grassmann codes with Fernando PiƱero-Gonzalez.
- Inversion Parking Functions and Set Partitions with Melissa Beerbower, Jennifer Elder, Pamela E. Harris, Ilana Lavene, Lucy Martinez, Molly Oldham. arXiv:2603.20535.
- French Onion Soup, Ipelets for Points and Polygons with Klint Faber, Auguste H. Gezalyan, Aniruddh Mutnuru, Nithin Parepally, Ryan Parker, Mihil Sreenilayam, Aram Zaprosyan, David M. Mount. LIPIcs, Volume 332, SoCG 2025.
