In June 2008 we published (together with Peter Kim and Peter Lee) a paper in PLoS Computational Biology on the dynamics and potential impact of the immune response to Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML). This paper attracted a lot of attention from the media, including an interview at the NSF that was featured in NSF discoveries.
