Subject: FALL 2008 ONLINE GRADESHEETS


Dear All:

If you are planning on using the online gradesheets for your class(es) this
fall, please read this email:

1. The gradesheets are ready to be created from:

http://www.math.umd.edu/grades/admin/

2. IMPORTANT: Do not set these up unless you know what you are doing. This
is especially true for TAs and for anyone who is teaching a course for which
there are multiple sections.  Courses with more than one section should be
set up by the course chair.  If you're not sure, ask me or ask your course
chair.

3. If you (or the course chair) do not want to set it up (or do not know
how) then please let me know and I will happily set it up for you.

4. If you set them up incorrectly and someone complains that you messed them
up, don't be surprised if I delete them and set them up in the proper
manner, thereby confusing you.

5. If your name/class/section is missing from the pull down menu(s), let me
know ASAP.
