  (*) Refers to a tutoring hour.

  These apply throughout the term except on holidays, times when we are traveling, or on very special situations. They end on the last day of classes.

 

• Mathematics Tutoring Room Office Hours:
  You are welcome to use those office hours of instructors from other Math 246 sections that are held in the Mathematics Tutoring Room (MTH 0301). Please check the schedule at http://www.math.umd.edu/undergraduate/resources/tutoring.shtml and look for names preceded by "246".
For MATLAB questions you should use the office hours of Matlab tutors that are held in the Parking Garage 2 WAM Lab. Please check the schedule at http://www.math.umd.edu/undergraduate/resources/tutoringmatlab.html .
• Special Math 246 Office Hours:
  • Monday, 14 September, 2-3pm and 5-6pm, both in CSIC 4131 replace
    the usual hours on that afternoon.
  • Wednesday, 14 October, 4:10pm - 5:00pm in MATH 2308
    This replaces the usual Wednesday 3.10-4.00 Wednesday afternoon office hour that day.
    
  • Wednesday, 21 October, 4:10pm - 5:00pm in MATH 2308
    This replaces the usual Wednesday 3.10-4.00 Wednesday afternoon office hour that day.
    
  These will be scheduled to cover special situations and to make-up for some regular office hours that are canceled due to travel.

  Anytime the above hours do not fit your schedule, please feel free to make an appointment with any of us. This is best done either in person or by email.
