to check whether the dataset Dset3D.asc in the Data directory

can be properly fitted to a logistic regression model. Find the 
observed information matrix (two ways, one the `robust' 
method as the empirical variance matrix for the independent 
gradient log-density vectors, and one the usual way as the 
empirical average of the negative Hessian matrices of the 
log-density values); find confidence intervals for the 
logistic regression coefficients (two ways, one via ML or 
Wald method, and one via Likelihood Ratio or Test-based 
method). Also assess the overall fit of the model.
