Asymptotics of the phase of the solutions of the random Schrödinger equation

Abstract: I will describe the asymptotics of the phase of a solution of the Schroedinger equaiton in a random medium nad its dependence on the nature of the random medium. It turns out that if the medium has slowly decaying correlations then the phase behaves quite differently from that in a medium with rapidly decaying correlations. This is a joint work with G. Bal and T. Komorowski. |
